2019藏傳佛教網絡欺凌事件 Cyberbullying Incident in Tibetan Buddhism in 2019
2019年1月23日鏡週刊爆出第17世大寶法王鄔金欽列多傑的性醜聞，來自台灣的Jane Huang黃女士揭發大寶法王帶頭破戒一事，大寶法王並沒有在第一時間出來澄清道歉，反而一直在逃避，直接或間接地否認事件，並放任他的信徒集體攻擊霸凌Jane Huang黃女士。大寶法王信徒羅卓仁謙（熊仁謙）作為其「官方代表」在事件發生後，號召粉絲用他製作的懶人包抹黑，灌爆黃女士的舊臉書，說是要讓噶瑪巴的信眾「發洩情緒」。
On January 23, 2019, the magazine, Mirror Weekly, broke out the sex scandal of the 17th Karmapa Orgyen Trinley Dorje. Ms. Jane Huang from Taiwan revealed that the Karmapa has taken the lead in breaking the monastic vows. The Karmapa did not come out publicly to clarify and apologise immediately, but has been disappearing from the public, denying the scandal directly or indirectly, and letting his followers gather together to form a net army to attack Ms. Jane Huang through cyberbullying. After Jane Huang’s press release, Lodro Rinchen, a follower of the Karmapa, called on his fans to use the cliff’s notes that he created to spread on and blast Ms. Huang’s old Facebook to discredit Jane Huang. He said this could let the Karmapa’s followers “vent their emotions”.
來自香港的鄔幸兒於2019年2月底，在臉書亦披露自己於2018年在美國紐約被大寶法王誘騙上床的經過。同樣，大寶法王繼續逃避，不澄清，不道歉，並任由信徒集體攻擊鄔幸兒。從美國紐約州的法律而言，大寶法王涉嫌觸犯欺騙性強姦。從道德上而言，他捕獵誘騙女性上床，並在情緒上虐待女性，鼓勵女性自殺，實際上就是一名PUA。從佛教上而論，他破壞了沙彌戒，身為藏傳佛教噶瑪噶舉傳承的法王領袖，卻帶頭破戒，毀滅佛教制度。兩名受害女士的披露，以及大寶法王的性醜聞，引起各界佛教徒關注與爭議，在網上引起連串的激烈爭吵。根據藏傳佛教噶瑪噶舉派第八世大寶法王米覺多傑(Mikyo Dorje 1507-1554)的〈黃紙清規〉，若門徒出現爭吵，彼此一定相互頂禮，當面念誦《三聚經》，之後再念誦十萬遍百字明。時移世易，在這21世紀2019年的信徒網絡欺凌事件中，並沒有任何噶瑪噶舉派的信徒頂禮或念經，大寶法王信徒們只不停地在網上向鄔幸兒和Jane Huang發動語言上的襲擊、抹黑、誹謗，及發佈不實言論。網上更流傳西藏喇嘛詛咒Jane Huang的視頻。
Wu Hang-yee from Hong Kong also revealed on her Facebook at the end of February 2019 that she had been seduced by the Karmapa in 2018 in New York, USA. In the same way, the Karmapa continued to evade, without clarification , without apologies, letting his followers collectively attack the victim. According to the laws of the State of New York, the Karmapa is suspected of committing rape by deception. Morally, he preys on women, and seduces women, and abuses them emotionally and encouraged the victim to commit suicide and in fact he is a PUA. In terms of Buddhism, he violates the śrāmaṇera vows. As the leader of the Buddhist tradition of the Karma Kagyu Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, he took the lead in breaking the precepts and destroyed the Buddhist system. The disclosures of the two victims and the sex scandal of the Karmapa have aroused the concern and controversy of Buddhists from all walks of life and it caused a series of fierce quarrels on the Internet. According to Mikyo Dorje (1507-1554), the Eighth Karmapa of the Karma Kagyu Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, if the disciples quarrel, they must prostrate to each other and recite the "Sutra of Confessions of Sins of Bodhisattva" in person, and then recite the mantra of Vajrasattva consisting of one hundred syllables 100,000 times. Time has changed, and in the 21st century in 2019’s cyberbullying incident, there were no Karma Kagyu followers prostrating to anybody or chanting the scriptures. The Karmapa’s followers only continue to launch online attack to Wu Hang-yee and Jane Huang by language violence attacks, smearing, libels, and posting false informative statements. Videos of Tibetan lamas cursing Jane Huang have even been circulated online.

Jane Huang黃女士以民事訴訟法提告熊仁謙，但黃女士的舊臉書卻無故被人關閉，懷疑有人故意毀屍滅跡。熊仁謙多次向臺北地方法院否認他有製作抹黑Jane Huang的懶人包。

Someone has become suspicious of intentionally destroying her original Facebook in which evidences of defamatory cyberbullying were fully presented. Lodro Rinchen has repeatedly denied to the Taipei District Court that he had made the defamatory cliff’s note to discredit Jane Huang.

2019年8月2日Jane Huang的臉書在無預警、無通知、無理由的狀況下被暴力砍除。On August 2, 2019, Jane Huang’s Facebook was violently removed without prior warning, notification, or reason.

Lodro Rinchen contacted Wu Hang-yee by messenger on January 25, 2019. He also lied that “I received a call from Master Sik Hin-hung of Hong Kong this morning”, intending to threaten Wu Hang-yee, to make her keep silence, and to deceive for getting the evidences that she possessed in which could show a close relationship with Karmapa. Lodro Rinchen just wanted to swindle the evidences in order to compensate for the exchange of silence and the evidence, but completely ignored the wish of Wu Hang-yee that she hoped to ask Karmapa to clarify and apologise. On April 18th, in Lodro Rinchen's Facebook live broadcast, he talked vaguely about his lie of "Hong Kong Master contacting him". He avoided to say that he lied. In the Lodro Rinchen’s Facebook live broadcast, he told Wu Hang-yee: "Directly ask your Master to come out and hit my face." Wu Hang-yee then made a phone call to Master Hin-Hung to verify, and Master Hin-Hung again confirmed "I don't know them at all. how can I contact them?"

鄔幸兒的臉書亦一度被人強行關閉，後又被重開，其間鄔幸兒的臉書亦和Jane Huang一樣多次被封鎖，二人的臉書均曾被封鎖過一個月以上。鄔幸兒的臉書被黑客入侵，臉書大頭照一度被人偷偷換掉。因有人不誠實使用其電腦，鄔幸兒前往警局報案。鄔幸兒亦曾致電撒瑪利亞防止自殺會求助。
Wu Hang-yee's Facebook was forced to be closed once for a while, and then re-opened. In the meantime, Wu Hang-yee's Facebook was blocked many times while Jane Huang’s Facebook has been facing the same situation of being blocked consecutively in a few months . Both of their Facebooks have been blocked for more than a month one time. Wu Hang-yee’s Facebook was hacked, and his profile picture was once secretly replaced. Wu Hang-yee went to the police station to report the case because someone used his computer dishonestly. Wu Hang-yee also called the Samaria Suicide Prevention Association for help under the pressure of being cyberbullied.

2019年6月30日，鄔幸兒胞妺鄔幸恩 Zhita Wu自殺身亡。依照鄔幸恩的遺願，鄔幸兒於2020年1月15日正式發信中共中央統一戰線工作部國家宗教事務局「舉報」大寶法王的違法事宜。2020年1月16日，鄔幸兒亦電郵致香港教育局楊潤雄局長，要求教育局處理含欺騙性誤導圖文資訊的中學教科書，要求有關含大寶法王的不實描述的課本（《正覺的道路》香港中學會考佛學科適用課本 (下卷). 香港: 香港佛教聯合會. 2004一書）全面下架。

On June 30, 2019, Wu Hang-yee‘s sister, Wu Hang-yan, Zhita Wu, committed suicide. In accordance with Zhita Wu's will, Wu Hang-yee formally sent a letter to the National Religious Affairs Bureau of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on January 15, 2020, to "report" the Karmapa's violations of law. On January 16, 2020, Wu Hang-yee also sent an email to the Director of the Hong Kong Education Bureau, Mr. Yeung, asking the Education Bureau to completely remove the secondary school textbook, i.e., The Path of Enlightenment, which is the textbook for the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination for the subject of Buddhist Studies (Second Volume), published in Hong Kong by Hong Kong Buddhist Association in 2004 in which contains misleading descriptions of the Karmapa and relevant deceptive misleading graphic information.
